Practicing the Cachet Commitment

At the beginning of the year, Cachet launched a program called the Cachet Commitment, which embodied our commitment to our customers, ourselves, our employees and our trade partners. The commitment outlined three canons; Character, Craftsmanship, and Care; the three qualities that Cachet Homes endeavors to incorporate into every aspect of our business.

The principles of the commitment are as follows:

Our character is defined by the exceptional locations we build in, and in the properties within those locations that we select to construct our homes on. Enhanced neighborhood designs allow for the optimum placement of homes on lots, streets that curve and follow the natural topography of the land, and the most pleasing street scenes created by architectural diversity, garage set-backs, and inviting front elevations. Authentic architecture and attention to detail is incorporated into every home and community, ensuring each home is as beautiful from every angle as it is from the front.

Craftsmanship is easily recognizable in every Cachet Home. Thoughtfully designed by professional architects to ensure each home ages gracefully with a timeless elegance, Cachet homes are constructed by trade partners and staff who are trained in the most current methods, using the highest quality, brand-name products. Each home is then independently inspected by a third party to ensure the most stringent building methods and practices have been followed, to the letter.

Care is provided to each homebuyer before, during and after the purchase and completion of each home. Every Cachet Homes associate is trained to provide proactive customer service with a friendly attitude, and to respond to homebuyer concerns to the very best of their ability. However, Cachet Homes provides a single point of contact to each buyer, who serves as a confidante and ensures questions are answered promptly and correctly.

While these are the tenets that the Cachet Commitment is built on, there is more depth to the philosophy than that. These qualities are also embraced internally.

The character of our homes, our locations, our neighborhoods is more than skin-deep. We could not be successful if we didn’t care about the homes we build, or the people that buy them. However, we could not be successful if we didn’t care about our employees and our trade partners either. Understanding, compassion, and consideration are mandatory to creating an environment that fosters top performance by everyone involved in the process of building a home for the Cachet homebuyer.
